Services and Support

Hunterdon Central's customer support model is based on a centralized helpdesk, called The Central Hub. Located in the center of our campus, The Central Hub is staffed daily by a rotating team of technicians, teachers, and student interns who have elected to participate as a credit- based course.

We manage our work-flow using a trouble-ticket system that allows support requests to be submitted at any hour of any day.

A student learning model offers students a multi-level opportunity to gain real-world experience and authentic learning in technical and customer support services. Selected students can participate during the day as an in-class intern, after school as a volunteer, or can apply for paid opportunities as summer technicians or after school leaders.

Customers needing support may submit an Incident IQ Ticket (links on the right side of this webpage).
