athletic Department Overview:

The Athletic Department at Hunterdon Central strives to provide our student-athletes with a comprehensive, well-planned and balanced program of the following 33 interscholastic sports:

FALL: Cheerleading, Cross Country Boys, Cross Country Girls, Field Hockey, Football, Gymnastics, Soccer Boys, Soccer Girls, Tennis Girls, Volleyball Girls.

WINTER:  Basketball Boy,s Basketball Girls, Bowling Boys, Bowling Girls, Cheerleading, Fencing Boys, Fencing Girls, Ice Hockey, Swimming Boys, Swimming Girls, Winter Track Boys, Winter Track Girls, Wrestling.

Baseball, Golf Boys, Golf Girls, Lacrosse Boys, Lacrosse Girls, Softball, Tennis Boys, Track & Field Boys, Track & Field Girls, Volleyball Boys. 

Hunterdon Central is a member of the NJSIAA, the Skyland Conference, the Hunterdon/Warren/Sussex County Athletic Association and the Mid-State 38 Football Conference.

Hunterdon Central's Athletic Department has won the Star Ledger Cup in 2000 and 2001 and the ShopRite Cup for Excellence in Athletics, Academics and Sportsmanship in 2008, 2011 and 2012.

    If your son or daughter is planning to try out for a Winter sport at Hunterdon Central, please note that registration for all Winter sports is now open and will run through October 7, 2016.
