Weight Room Rules:

  • Show up on time.
  • Communicate.
  • Show Respect.
  • No Hats.
  • No Earrings.
  • No Ear Phones.
  • No Phones.

You must be in a group. No one trains alone. 

Leave the Weight Room in better shape than you found it.

Return all weights and bars to their original places.

No sitting during any part of the workout.
