Student Grades-Report Cards

Student Grades

Beginning on July 1, 2012, Hunterdon Central's student information system will be off-line; student data, including grades, will not be available online after this date.   Because of this - and for your convenience - hard copies of the end of year report card were mailed to every student home on Friday, June 22, 2012.

If you have not received a hard copy of your child's report card in the mail, please contact Lynn Sheard, Executive Assistant to the Director of Pupil Personnel Services, at:

Student Schedules for 2012-2013

Tentative student schedules for the 2012-2013 school year have been mailed to all student households; tentative student schedules are not available online.  These schedules were created based upon student course requests, counselor recommendations and placement exams.

Please note this important information about change requests:

  • Only changes related to schedules containing mistakes, such as unscheduled courses, sequencing errors or incorrect level placement, will be reviewed by Counseling Services.
  • Changes for an increase in academic rigor may be considered if there is seat space in the requested course.
  • No other schedule changes will be accommodated; this includes elective changes and requests for specific staff or block.

Please note that because administrative adjustments may be required throughout the summer, your child's final schedule may differ slightly from the tentative schedule.

Hunterdon Central's Student Information System is offline during the month of July. We apologize for this inconvenience, but we will be unable to answer specific scheduling questions during this time period.

New Student Information System

Hunterdon Central is in the process of implementing a new student information system.  Information about the new system will be forthcoming, later in the 2012-2013 school year.
