For Current Students:
Please use this process when requesting transcripts for college applications:
- Log in to your Naviance account.
- Click on the “colleges” tab.
- Then, click on “transcripts” on the left‐hand side.
- In “transcripts”, click on “Request transcripts for my college applications”.
- The next screen should show a list of the colleges to which you are applying (under “Current Applications”). If this list does not appear, you must add the colleges to which you are applying (under “New Applications”). The process of adding colleges to your list is explained in the “Procedures for Completing and Submitting College Applications: 2010‐
- 2011” document, available on the HCRHS website.
- Select the colleges to which you would like a transcript sent. You must have already submitted the
- admission application before you submit the transcript request.
- Click “Request Transcripts”.
- You will receive a “Confirmation” page that includes your current requests, and any requests made on previous dates.
- You may track the progress of your transcripts at any time by clicking on the “colleges” tab, then“transcripts”, then “View the status of all my transcript requests”.
