Campus Life

Hunterdon Central's campus is the daily learning community for approximately 3,000 students. We are committed to providing a healthy, safe and supportive educational environment that encourages and fosters every student’s unique abilities, interests and skills.

Counseling Services provides services designed to support each student's individual needs and assist them in overall development.  These are offered through specialized services, such as the College & Career Center and Student Assistance Counselors, in addition to grade level counselors who remain with each student throughout the four years of high school.

Health Services and Food Services provide care for the physical needs of our students.

Transportation Services provides safe travel to and from our campus for thousands of students each day.

Student Activities strives to engage as many students as possible in activities that allow them to develop their interests.  As a result, we offer over 55 clubs, including dramatics, student government, publications, service organizations, an award-winning marching band, and award-winning orchestral and choral programs.

One of the largest, campus-style high school districts in New Jersey, Hunterdon Central occupies 72 acres and includes four general classroom buildings, a music and communications building that houses a cable television station and FM radio station, a 2,000 seat Fieldhouse and a Learning Hub that houses the IMC-Library and Informations System.
