Superintendent Search

The Board of Education of Hunterdon Central initiated its search for a new Superintendent by retaining the services of Hazard, Young, Attea & Associates (HYA), a consulting firm that specializes in assisting Boards with the consideration of candidates for the superintendent position. 

The Board of Education invited our community to participate in the search process by attending open forums and completing an online survey, to help identify desirable characteristics in a superintendent.

Open Forums:

The District held Open Forums in November 2016 that created an opportunity for students, staff, parents/guardians and community members to express their opinions about the high school and its leadership.

Superintendent Search Survey:

Parents, students, staff and community members were asked to share their thoughts on the characteristics and skills they believe are important for a school leader via an an Online Survey that was available during the month of November.
