Principal's Forum

Hunterdon Central's Principal's Forum is a new community outreach/communications initiative that grew out of past years' Family School Council.  The purpose of the Principal's Forum is to create opportunities for parents/guardians to learn about key initiatives and issues at Hunterdon Central; it is open to all Hunterdon Central parents and guardians.

The Principal's Forum is chaired by Principal Suzanne Cooley and takes place once a month, throughout the school year.  Meeting dates for the 2012-2013 year appear on the right side of this webpage, along with minutes of past meetings.

In the Principal's Forum, Ms. Cooley will present information and chair discussions on topics of interest to our community, featuring key members of Hunterdon Central's staff.

All interested parents/guardians are invited and encouraged to attend!  You're also encouraged to submit issues of interest to Ms. Cooley, by emailing her at:

This month’s topic is: Balancing Respect for Diversity in a Large School. The principal and superintendent will share strategies and processes utilized in making decisions that meet the needs of all students at Hunterdon Central, including extracurricular opportunities, creating a school calendar, and the role of the district in ensuring that diversity is valued and promoted.

If you have questions, concerns, suggestions or ideas that you would like to share with the principal and superintendent, this is an excellent opportunity to do so.
